Do you like RC cars? Do you like model trains? Do you like models in general? Do you like to paint them? Do you like to work on things on your own? Is that this year is the place. The staff that they have here are very knowledgeable and very willing to help in any way they can come here on and off for years for all my RC Airsoft and other hobby needs
Wow just wow. They have every thing you could ask for!! It super cool to just wonder the lanes and look for hours! Worth a look and just get lost in all the stuff! 100% do not pass this place up !!! Pros - All sorts of stuff to see, Trains, R.C cars, r.c aircraft, models gundams/ army tanks, cars, trucks, baking stuff paint, airbrushs, war hammer, and so much more! Friendly staff, helpful staff. Cons - The buliding is a bit old and out dated but easley over looked staff was almost to helpful was asking 4 times in 5 minutes if they could help me . Some of the staff spoke little to no English, the debit reader was in Spanish and a little hard to navigate.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great place for all hobby needs. From RC planes, cars and drones to hobby trains and DIY models. Great selection and competitive prices. Will shop there again.
Love this place been going there for years and years. Bought a new mini RC crawler truck yesterday and it did not work out of the box. Took it in today and they got me all sorted so quickly. Truck is running great now. Thanks PM hobbycraft staff
Absolutely no customer service, website says that they carry a part and is in stock. Go in and they say nope, never carried them. I ask when they will get in as I assumed he meant not in stock. Nope, we don't carry them and never have. Why do you have them on website and says in stock? Sometimes the website isn't accurate. I understand if not in stock, but why does the website say so? Can you check inventory? Nope, we don't and never have carried them. Ok, I won't be a customer again.
The staff are very knowledgeable and ready to offer assistance. The store seems to specialize in RC and model craft. But they do also have a variety of other stuff, even things for baking, etc.
Lots of selection of rc kits and accessories. The first time we came around noon was very busy. We waited a lil bit before someone helped us. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable especially Dustin. We came back earlier next time to get a new parts of a toy. Not busy on a Friday morning. We found what we were looking for. Fair price and good customer serviced.
I love this place. While my wife was looking into baking and cake decoration section, I found myself lost between model cars. There are all kinda amazing model cars. The RF section was my favorite as well. And great selection of puzzles, both 2D and 3D, but my favorites are 3D stainless steel puzzles.
Just the same as I remember from when I was a kid! Great selection and friendly staff, didn’t have everything I was looking for but it was right after Christmas so it’s understandable, I will be returning for sure.
Overall a great store with mostly helpful staff. The majority of the time you will be greeted and most of the staff are willing to help consult the majority of questions you have. Selection of products is pretty good and it's great to see the expansion of hobbyist items past RC vehicles. Prices are competitive and standard for most of the paints and tools they sell. Their online service has been great from the few times I've ordered from them, with deliveries in the city usually being able to be fulfilled within a few hours. They also contact you if there is a product on the site that doesn't match their live stock and will discuss alternatives.
