Great seafood restaurant! I’ve been here many times and have tried many different dishes especially their seafood dishes. They always offer special promos such as Buck-a-shuck, Lunch specials, Happy Hours or Special price for Seafood Tower. This time we had their seafood platter/tower, some fresh oysters, paella, crab cakes, Seafood Bouillabaisse and cocktails. Check my photos to see how delicious they were! Their dipping sauces that came with fresh oysters were so good. Thai chilies sauce was my favourite. The grilled squid that came with seafood tower were perfectly cooked. I would order just the grilled squid itself next time. Love their Seafood Bouillabaisse too! Yummy! I will definitely come back for buck-a-shuck next time! Here, their specials at the moment! We had a girls night on a Thursday a couple of weeks ago. From beginning to end we enjoyed every minute. The food was delicious the wine amazing & the oysters were fresh! The thing that stood out to us the most was how friendly accommodating and efficient the staff was! We are definitely going back!
A very lovely restaurant with nice staff. The atmosphere was very cozy and the food was very good, especially the Paella, the Lobster Truffle Mac & Cheese and the Oysters. Everything else was really good as well!Food: 5/5
Came here with 3 friends for $1 oyster promotion- turns out they are $1.50 instead but had two options at this price. They were very fresh and cold! Perfect temperature. We ordered: Seafood Paella needs about 30-40 mins Truffle Lobster Mac & Cheese Cornish Hen Perigourdine Pear Salad Baby Octopus Spanish Shrimp Oysters Fav was the Mac and cheese, it was very good- not heavy and with a generous amount of Lobster and decent Truffle flavour the hen was small but flavourful, the Octopus only had 3 pieces in it and the Spanish Shrimp was very salty but the sauce went well with the dipping bread that it came with. The oysters were good but took quite a long time to be served. Servers were very friendly but they seemed to be slightly short staffed that night.
Awesome spot up on the North side of Toronto. We came here specifically for the buck-a-shuck special that happened for most of January 2023, and it was amazing! Less then a dollar per oyster, and these were decent sized oysters as well. The oysters had some different dipping sauces to choose from; the chili one was especially tasty. Apart from that, their menu is pretty big and covers all seafood lover's appetites; lobsters, seafood paella, lobster rolls and more. Although the whole lobster was great, my favourite main was the lobster roll as it didn't require cracking before eating. The desserts were pretty good, but not as good as the entrees and oysters. For dessert we had chocolate cake and creme brulee. Also a nice spot for cocktails as well!
Honestly. Eat here. The seafood dishes were amazing. The lobster mac n cheese is to die for. They also have wings and steak and salads if someone in your party isn't into seafood
Went there for Thursday lunch. Deserves 3.5. had 6 oysters, 2 crab cakes and mussels. Crab cakes were really good. Mussels were rubbery, broth didn't taste great and serving is small for the price fries were good though. Not sure what happened to the paella, not on any menusFood: 3/5
It was my first visit. We sat on the patio. We each had the Spanish Shrimp. Delicious. Lots of flavour. Fresh. Perfectly cooked. We then shared the grilled calamari and a pound of wings. The calamari was tasty, had a nice grilled flavour, and was served on a bed of mixed greens with a balsamic dressing. The wings were tossed in salt and pepper no sauce. They were great as well. We had the light beer that they have on tap, it was refreshing. Will definitely come back.
Oyster Mine is obviously known for their fresh oysters, but they offer so much more than that! We came during their lunch service and ordered a couple things. Their drinks are on point, pasta is incredible, lobster Grilled Cheese had BIG pieces of lobster meat altho it was a little tad bit too greasy, and they even have amazing desserts. I was sad they were out of the Guava Creme Brulee you know it's good when it's sold out already, but more reason for me to come back again for their happy hour and dinner! Come check out their lunch menu when you get a chance and don't forget to order their oysters. Seriously, it's shucking fresh!
The photos were taken on two different visits, both of them were very pleasant. Lobster roll was fresh and tasty, it deserves its price. The $0.75 oysters were fresh and weren't too small, I love them so much and recommended to my friends. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, one of them taught us how to distinguish between fat oysters too!
