Christopher Boland brings an impressive pedigree spanning more than three decades and including ownership in Telfers , Trappers, The Tasting Rooms and now Bolands Open Kitchen.

On any given evening Christopher will be seen out front meeting each and every guest, as well as joining the kitchen staff in the centrally-located kitchen - the heart of the restaurant.

COVID review - my wife and I got takeout lamb and pork tenderloin. It was delicious, well labeled, and packed appropriately. We're glad that we chose it tonight.

two days ago was our first time in this place. But It is absolutely not the last time. We had great time with the courteous service, with the exceptional cuisine and wine and with the comfortable price. We will definitely go back there soon.

We love to go out. Last night we went to this delicious restaurant which we didn’t know before. We had a delightful experience there with excellent meal and a professional crew and an impressive chief cook. We put this venue in our phone list and we shall surely go again soon. We highly recommend.
