I am so happy I gave Oxygen a try! I was worried that hot yoga would be too intense and hard to breathe through, but it has been totally manageable and amazing! I have knee and hip issues and find the heat really helps to relax my muscles and open up my joints. The instructors all have their own authentic style and there is such a huge variety of classes - traditional yoga, fitness classes, and deep stretching. The positive affirmations we say each class are a really meaningful bonus. It’s amazing how saying “I love my life” or “I celebrate my body” can make a difference in overall attitude and mindset. Thank you OYF Chilliwack!
This studio has very few options for classes compared to other locations in the Lower Mainland. They also dont have the same variety as other locations. I found this studio to not feel as warm as previous locations I've been to. I struggle to enjoy the instructors here as well. I will say a some are quite lovely however some are quite rude & the intensity just isn't there like other locations.
I just love this studio. I find regular gyms so boring. But at oxygen, you get to choose from variety of classes. Some days I relax with a deep stretch class..also good for mental health and then other days I go to high intensity classes. I have noticed a great difference in my physical appearance. I started noticing changes in first 3 months. I have moved farther away from this location but I can’t find anything as good as this studio for me in town.
I joined the studio three years ago, and I have been impressed with the quality of the instructors and the variety of classes for all levels and all ages. To me, it is the perfect combination of physical and mental space to being. I'm grateful to be part of this lovely community.
Oxygen yoga has definitely improved my fitness level with the variety of fitness and yoga classes. The instructors are absolutely amazing and I appreciate that they are so committed to us. I’m so glad that Oxygen Yoga is a huge part of my life!
A fantastic studio. The classes and instructors are amazing, and the space is calm and energizing. Teachers are always willing to help and give plenty of modifications to poses throughout classes based on differing skill/fitness levels.
I have been going to the studio for almost 2 years, and it has helped so much, not just physically but also mentally. Everyone is amicable and welcoming. Is a great place to get your daily physical activity done. Would recommend it 100%.
I love this studio! They provide a good variety of classes and all of the instructors are awesome! I’m totally addicted to how amazing I feel after each class!
The teachers here are very knowledgeable and when asked about specific things if they don’t know they get back to you to truly help you out. Very welcoming and a great place to learn yoga and get better at the practice
This studio is my favorite yoga studio I've ever been to! The teachers are amazing and offer a variety of classes and levels so there is something for everyone. Thanks so much to the owner and all the staff, it truly enhances my entire life when my day has a class at Oxygen Chilliwack in it <3
