Oxford Federal Credit Union

Very nice people to work with but I am only giving one star because I have been hit with fees twice that I was never told about until after the fact. One was for a vehicle loan and I was never told about this fee until I happened to catch it on my account and ask about it. That seemed a little sneaky but I let it go. 6 months later I went in to see about a mortgage pre-approval and was told after the meeting that I owed another fee that was never mentioned to me beforehand. I had the same pre-approval done at Rainbow Credit Union and never was told to pay anything. It's unfortunate because the people at Oxford are nice to deal with but beware of hidden fees!

Everyone has always been friendly and a pleasure to deal with over the past few years since my fiance and I have used this credit union. Great place!
