Whoever answered the phone sounded intoxicated. I waited 20 minutes for a taxi and called and was told there were 15 to 20 other calls and they would be another 15 to 30 minutes. Deplorable and unprofessional.
The worse ever. The driver was so mad and shouting at me on the beginning because he didn't like the way I speak the address , ignore when we ask to stop, just took as to place when he like to stop that we had to walk from another side.
WORST CAB COMPANY IN OWENSOUND. I wish I a could give this taxi service 0 stars , the driver was very rude I never use them again. I had a time call for Tues night may 10th ,they never showed up. I called them to ask where cab was, and the guy was so rude said they couldn’t do my time call now thanks for letting me know I was a reg of theirs I will never use them again. DONT WASTE UR TIME USING THIS CAB COMPANY they don’t know how to run their business cab drivers are rude
Dispatch is wonderful, follows up on calls and makes sure customers get where they need to go. Drivers are also professional and quick. After a bad experience with Bayshore taxi will never use again I am so happy to have found a company that cares about their business
Very polite staff that do their job properly and quickly get you there as best as they can. Recommend going with them as your first choice as a cab in Owen Sound. I know I do.
Called this company, was told by a rude person that it was in hour wait, called another company, Bayshore, and they were here in 15 minutes, what a pathetic joke of a cab service, close ur doors and so everyone a favor
Lol they tell you they have cabs available and they’ll be there in 30 and then never show up and act like it didn’t happen.
