Overland West Freight Lines Ltd

Since when this company staff member, decided who to deliver to, I got a package sent to me, landed in the hands of this company, some one from the company told the driver not to deliver it to me, thanks to the honest delivery guy, dispirited what the person told him, he deliver it to me, I got my package, now make me wonder, how many package belongs to me never make it here, and what is happened to it.?

We currently have a package pending delivery from Ontario. Day and Ross handed it off to Overland West on March 20 2022. And that is where Day and Ross’s tracking number ends, it is now March 11. No idea where this parcel is, the original shipper, Day and Ross has no control of it since it was handed off to their contracted carrier which apparently is Overland West. It has been suggested that if we don’t get it by the end of the month, to maybe contact the RCMP commercial crimes division for an investigation of theft under 5K. There’s very little communication with this company. I would not recommend them To ship anything up the Columbia Valley.

Worst service ever. This location's guys are so greedy they ship out parcel at their own convenience when they have a full load to maximize their profit they dont care about others time and never keep up with their promise. I wish I could give this cranbrook, BC location -1 star as they dont deserved any rating. I strongly encourage Columbia Valley residents to stay away from this company. Bunch of looser works here.

A member of the front office staff is so consistently rude it leaves me speechless. In multiple dealings with this individual I have never been treated so poorly by a person representing a business. This is over the course of months so it is not the case of someone having a bad day. When a large order I was receiving went missing I was even told “not my problem”. If you have an option of shipping somewhere else I certainly would.

Driving behind one of your trucks today I actually watched truck 53H106 SPEED UP to hit the wild life on the road near Coleman. I am APPALLED. Your drivers should have more respect for wild life.

The worst experience I ever had. 3 HR distance took one week to deliver, not even trying to find a solution to help.... Unprofessional service ...
