Stacked thousands of pounds on top of a crate marked fragile. $10,000+ of damage and they figured a check that barely covered the cost to ship was good enough. Avoid at all costs

Terrible price, terrible service. I mistakenly had a 2 inch x12 inch 20lb. package sent from Mill Bay, Vancouver Island to Castlegar depot. 5 days and $140.00, yep $140.00. Called Canada Post, about $70.00, called a courier, they said $54.00. I contacted them to see if there was an error, no and I was lucky to have them. So, whether business or private the results are----- anybody but Overland. Can't give no stars.

If you want expensive equipment damaged they are perfect for the job... unfortunately we have limited choices in the Kootenays

got some patio furnitures delivered uyesterday from walmart--truck cam ewith one driver--dropped all the boses and couldn'tseem to care--not even pretending to care--one person and no helper for 8 boxes furnuitures--hope table with glasses didn't break---stay away!!!

Did a great job with my delivery, went over and above to get it to my door

Incompetent, can't ever deliver without losing something and it takes weeks to recover.
