The market has very fresh seafood and you choose from the case what you would like. We got the red snapper, Argentinian shrimp, and an octopus tentacle. The quality and flavor of the food were absolutely incredible. Cooked perfectly and paired well with the recommended white wine. It was a little warm in the front of the restaurant, probably because of the cooking so would recommend a fan or air conditioning for summer. Overall a good experience considering we didn't have reservations and most places were very full. The picture you see with the mentioned items cost around $75 USD on June 20, 2022
Pretty good selection of fresh fish and seafood where you make your own plate by telling them what to cook and they grill it for you. Some wine to pair with. Everything came out fast and the waiter was super friendly. Most of the things were delicious, simple flavors but good. I just wish there was an option to choose your method of cooking I would have wanted some things deep fried
The food quality and freshness is very good, although it's rather a "try all kinds of seafood" kind of deal, than an actual restaurant. I like the idea of picking my own fish and the ability to discuss it with a professional, but I feel like it's missing something. Maybe the final touch of a cook or some thought put into a whole dish, it's just good ingredients put together. Overall decent place, but the prices are simply not justified in my opinion.
Delicious food - tasty fried calamari, succulent halibut and just the best grilled scallops - would come here again when in Prague! The experience of choosing your own food along with the portion sizes was good and overall the cost was good especially for the freshness of the food - around €30.
Wide variety of fish and seafood that can be ordered. Very nice and helpful staff. Decent price-quality ratio. Great place for lunch or dinner.
It may be the best seefood market restaurant in Prag. Reasonable pricing and nice service. I would be glad to get more recommendations from the staff when ordering the seefood. Maybe some preselected Variations recommended by the Chef?Food: 5/5
Of course you have to like seafood but if you do, this is heaven. I've loved the atmosphere, the warm reception in English, the quality, the approach of being able to chose. All in all a must do in Prague. If I have to make one remark, it's a bit noisy and the layout is like a kitchen. So don't expect luxurious decoration which isn't really needed anyway.
Amazing food. It’s our third time here and everything is very fresh and with amazing taste. Friendly staff.
I loved it. We found it by accident but were attracted to it by the way it’s set up. You order whatever is in front of you and they cook on spot right away. You would think a country not by the sea would not have seafood to impress, but this restaurant/ shop somehow managed to make things work. Oysters were fantastic and fresh, sea bass was done to perfection. We also have vegetables and calamari on the side, these were also cooked well. Mussels were small in size but flavor and the way it’s cooked was amazing. Overall I was very impressed and food tasted delicious. Only small downside was it’s open kitchen, cooking smell would stay on your clothes after the meal.
Food was so good we visited twice in a 5 day stay in Prague. Absolutely beautiful
