McDonald's

McDonald's claim to fame is consistency in every location world wide. I've enjoyed McDonald's throughout Europe, Canada and the US. Products offered and service standards differ. In France we had professionally made barrista coffee served on leather couches and chairs. At this location the standards are usually met. Right now the normal speed is reduced because quality is being increased. The new quality of freshness is appreciated.

Cold fries, cold nuggets for the kids meals. Absolutely obnoxious kids working behind the counter. Ill use a bathroom at a Flying Jay before ill use the one here. Nice building and layout. Other than the broken bench.

Nice and very classy and clean as McDonald's go. The food is the same as every other McDonald's, but they have nice folks hanging out in the dining area keeping things clean and cleared.

When we left ordered dessert and the person that waited on us (Dan) did just fine but the rest of the people couldn't get the order straight and tried to blame it on Dan but I looked at order receipt and he verified and he had it correct. In the meantime while waiting two people from drive through came in and said they were missing toys for happy meals and Dan told them they needed to watch that as he had about ten people come back and they yelled at him.

Good cheap lattes. With a lot of jobs in the region, it's hard to get good employees for service and quality so paying $13/hr for anyone that would be full time and they can pick their shifts. Smart move from management. Had a special order made incorrectly and the manager was very kind and added a pie as apology.
