A family owned business that strives on client satisfaction. They are polite and dedicated to providing quality service at more than reasonable prices. They meet their projects on time and budget. I recently commissioned them to creating screens for my porch. Not being an expert, Roberto the Owner gladly accepted the challenge and provided a top quality product see pictures. During the process, the staff Evelin kept me informed and touched base with me regularly to ensure that they were creating the product I was expecting. Great work by a wonderful family. I highly recommend them for the most challenging of works. Great Job Ottawa Textiles 2000 Inc.
I had to edit my review because after less than 2 years and washing the bench seat cover only a few times, which I was told I could do I specifically requested durable fabric, the cover no longer fits properly. Also, the inside string is completely falling apart at the seams to the point where you can barely use the zipper. Terrible quality for what they charge. I also wish the estimates I was receiving on timing would have been closer to when I actually received the item or that the price would have reflected that I waited over a month past when it was promised. Hopefully they can fix their staff shortages so wait times are improved as they did a good job in the end, but I would have shopped elsewhere had I known how long it would take.
I used them to repair to replace the cushioning on some gym equipment. In the end they did a good for a good price. However, the work was a bit late and there was some confusion about the details. Still, if you have some special requests they are likely the best place to go. Note they are a little hard to find, so I provide a few pics to help with the approach.
I replaced 4 dining chair seats and two sofa cushions at Ottawa Textiles on Saturday. They were all ready on the following Tuesday. It was incredibly fast. All seats were done amazingly with super workmanship. They voluntarily did some additional work without extra fees. That was a great surprise. The fee for the work was very reasonable. Evelyn who helped me on this was very professional and offered exceptional customer service. Thank you everyone at Ottawa Textiles 2000 for all the great work. You folks made my day and save me lots of money and hassles to buy new furniture. I'm going to bring in the rest of the soda cushions for a new look.
I had my 6 dining room chairs re-glued and was going to have them re-upholstered but couldn't find a material I liked. This family owned business went above and beyond what was required. They even cleaned the seats and backs of my chairs. They picked up and delivered also. I will recommend this company to family and friends. The customer service was perfect. Thank you
The team at Ottawa textiles did a super job reupholstering my boat cushions for me. I had already purchased the fabric a number of months earlier from a different source so the time line they needed to actually recover everything was a lot shorter and they were able to turn everything around for me in quick order. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this local Ottawa firm for all your upholstery needs.
Ottawa Textiles provides excellent upholstery at a great price! The owner is very pleasant and hardworking. This family-operated business is a hidden gem. For 15 years, Ottawa Textiles has re-upholstered a wide range of furniture: from a love seat, to custom-made cushions, I always receive top-notch work and service.
Ottawa Textiles has done some great work for us over the past few years including fixing some broken caning on a precious chair and lots and lots of reupholstery. Wonderful to work with.
We were very impressed with the quality of work and the price that Ottawa Textiles 2000 offers. Would definitely recommend them!
