I worked with Sorin to help me buy a home in Ottawa South about 5 years ago. He was always very professional and on the ball with everything. Recently I just put the same house on the market, and worked with Sorin to do that. As always he was very insightful as to what the market is doing, and consulted us with how much we should be asking for and what we need to do to get it sold fast. I am happy to say that after 4 days on the market we sold the house for full asking. We would not of been able to do it without Sorin's knowledge and insight. I have worked with many realtors over the years, and I can honestly say Sorin is one of the best real estate agents in Ottawa. My fiancé and I recently spent about a year working with him and were very impressed. Two factors stood out in particular: First, Sorin is passionate about real estate. He's energetic, hard-working and a go-getter because he genuinely loves what he does. He’s extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate, and his familiarity with the market enables him to quickly spot opportunities (e.g., well-priced properties, areas that will benefit from future development projects, location suitability, etc.). Second, Sorin is devoted to his clients. He’s always available, patient, and does whatever it takes to satisfy his clients. We had a lot of questions and visited countless properties, but never felt rushed or pressured. Sorin is one of those few agents playing the long-term game: building lasting relationships with his clients. He truly cares about his clients and does not hesitate to go the extra mile to serve them. In short, Sorin is not your average realtor. He is truly exceptional at what he does. He’s experienced, well-informed, professional, and always pleasant to work with. My fiancé and I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

We met Sorin six month ago. As we were new buyers, we tried few other agents to find our home. Quickly, we decided that Sorin is the only one we need as his advice, professional conduct and knowledge were dominant. He knew what we wanted and he knew that we will be very selective as to location and price. Still, he accepted this challenge and was always available to guide us into right decision.
