It was an excellent experience working with Raymond and his team to sell our house. Aside from sharing a great name and hairstyle, Ray has also been an amazing Realtor and advisor as this has been the third time we have used his services for buying and selling property. His wealth of experience, knowledge of the area and processes, and most importantly, vast network of contacts makes him a far better one-stop shop than Walmart.  But joking aside, this time around, it was our first venture in investing in a rental property, and Ray's pragmatic approach and calm demeanor made us extremely comfortable in our investment property journey. Greatly appreciated the way he treated our property as his own by diligently screening tenants for us and providing professional and timely updates using the latest software applications, so that the work for us was very minimal.
