Ottawa Public Library - North Gloucester

Excellent service this morning at North Gloucester location on Ogilvie Road. Sonia & Karinne were very pleasant. They explained and helped me to obtain books on my ereader. I would recommend this location to anyone. Keep up the excellent and pleasant work

I visit this library every week to kill some time before an appointment. This library is more like a daycare for misbehaving teenagers. They are eating and chatting it up like it's their living room. Its so loud in there that you cant concentrate on anything. I wish the staff would proactively police the noise.

I live nearby and have to drive 14 minutes each way to use the Orleans Library. Unfortunately, the library is very loud and crowded, with many people using the free Wi-Fi to make loud phone calls. Today, I couldn’t even find a seat—every table was full of teens on their phones, and there wasn’t a single person reading a book.nI wish the library had rules or designated quiet areas for those who need to read and study in a peaceful environment.

It was the first time my service dog in training had been to a library. They were so welcoming!

My branch for more than a quarter of a century. Quiet, disciplined, and effective. Love the place.nnThey may want to consider closing the doors to the washrooms towards therestofthebuilding... today, I had to use one, and I am not keen on sharing my poop stench. Embarrassing.
