Super nice staff. Haven’t explored the book selection but I always get good service. Great neighbourhood resource.

The staff make this a little gem of a library. They just love what they do and it shows. Every time I take my toddler, they are so helpful. We always end up leaving with some new favourite books! There are always new displays of books, making it hard to choose what to read next. They have a diverse set of books for all ages. Get your next page turner here!

The public library inside the elmvale center is very clean and provides quick service! You can order any books online and pick them up here. They also offer computer and internet facilities along with pay per print service. At 10¢ per page ,this is one of the cheapest options for printing.

Decent little OPL library location. The selection isn't great but luckily I can have my desired books transferred to this location for hold pickups.

We arrived before opening hours and didn't realize it was not open. The staff member entering was very kind in offering to take in anything I need while we waited, and she sought my 3 year old daughter and I out when we came back at the right time, seeing if she could help us locate anything. Lovely people.

Very nice place with wide collections of Books for different age groups. However, the facility for study with in the library is very limited.

Excellent and super helpful library staff. My kid was struggling to find the book of his interest, one of the staff members came, asked about my kid's interest and grabbed a number of books from shelves.

I have to go *in person* during a global pandemic to renew my card?! No wonder I haven't been since 2017, hello, it's called the internet! Such ridiculously poor customer service. Wish I could give it zero stars.
