Ottawa Police Station Downtown Station

I had to talk to a A-HOLE detective or stormtrooper. I hope he reads this. Real loser. It's sad that this is what passes as law enfoncement. No brains or balls. The hole time he played with his thumbs and looked into his lap. Couldn't look at me face to face like a man. Took 5 minute breaks every 20 minutes to gather his thoughts I guess? This guy looked stressed out. Early retirement, can't stand the heat. Racist SOB too! They like to hide behind their badge's.

Some of the officers here are equipped with an attitude. WATCH OUT for officer Schulz, a lady-man like individual who will try to demotivate you from filing your claim. He-she has no idea of what customer service should be like. When I tried to file a complain the above named officer was stuck-up on accuracy of the information I provided, such as spellings of a name. All you need to do is be consistent. There may be good ones out there as well.

Can't stand the service here nor the popo nation that treats people as second class citizens. Asking them for any kind of help is like pulling teeth. They always make it seem as thought you are disrupting whatever they imagined they're doing and it's very very frustrating to say the least.

Fast friendly service!! Needing advertizement of gift shop,larger handicap door & larger screen that displays people wait numbers.(fix the rust on door area) Post writ on Sept23,2017.

Friendly staff. Short lines for non emergencies. They also have a nice gift shop.
