Edit/Update 2018/10/25 Mere hours after my initial review here was posted, I received a call from the owner of Eco-Pro Services Group looking to rectify the situation as described below. I was immediately offered a full refund as well as a sincere offer to clean the rug again, free of charge. I accepted both offers and four weeks later my rug has been returned and it looks significantly better than it did when it was picked up. I appreciate all the hard work that was done on my behalf, but I am equally disappointed that it took such drastic measures to have my concerns acknowledged. I am very appreciative of the work that has been done, however I would say that on the whole, consistent communication and updates have been severely lacking, particularly as this process has taken almost two months to resolve. Bottom line: Eco-Pro does good work, they made a significant improvement to the stain on my rug, for which I am very grateful, but they need to work on their customer communication and be dedicated to listening to concerns to actually take care of the problems as described. 2018/09/26 Terrible experience with Eco-Pro from start to finish. What started out as a promising experience with a promise to come that day to pick up my rug, turned into an inconvenience of monumental proportions. Eco-Pro failed to do my pick up on the day that it was promised due to an error, which in itself would have been understandable as mistakes do happen. But having taken time off work to accommodate the first pick up window, I was less willing to do it a second time. They did accommodate my later pick up window in the end, and upon pick up they promised me a 3 day turnaround for the cleaning. After 1 week, I followed up by telephone, having had no communication from them and was informed that my rug would be 6-8 days minimum with no specific information about my rug readily available. The individual on the phone promised me that someone would follow up with me to give me an update on my rug. After three days with no follow up from Eco-Pro following that phone call, I followed up once again. I was informed that my rug should be available that day, and they could deliver it. Delivery was arranged for that evening and once again, no one delivered my rug to me with no calls to follow up or give an explanation. The next day again, I once again followed up, and while apologetic, I was only given the option to reschedule the delivery. It was at this point that I asked to speak to a manager and was told that the manager would call me back. I'll assure you that I am still waiting on that phone call more than a week later. My rug was delivered two days later, I was given a discount for my inconvenience and once again assured that a manager would follow up with me. I made payment and took my rug inside and once I got it unrolled, I noted that the stain that I had sent it away to get cleaned was exactly as it was when I sent it out, and no one had even made mention of it when dropping it off or speaking to me on the phone. The rug honestly looked like nothing had been done, and in other areas it looked like it had actually been dirtied more. In the end, this was the biggest waste of money and effort that I have ever expended. Would not recommend.

Good company. At the end of a small project they are doing for me. Very high quality work and they move fast, like very fast! The guys you get at your house also work directly for them, at least on a smaller project. Dean, the owner, is very flexible and the rates are more than fair. As a homeowner I can say they have taken a very stressful situation and made it much easier for me. 5 stars for these guys. Update: Also had the company remove what would have been considered a lot of mold in the basement. Final air test results back, everything back to normal. Another excellent job.

Many thanks to the Eco Pro team for helping out my father with his home. He is a compulsive hoarder and the home was not fit for anyone to live in. I could not believe how caring the team was towards him. Within a day and a half the crew had the home completely clean and restored. Honestly it was nothing short of a small miracle. Special thanks to Dean as he kept me on track and made me feel comfortable about this situation as it really was hard to come to terms with how far my Dad really declined. I called several companies, and even interviewed another one and I am very glad I chose Eco Pro. My Dad has his home back, and we will keep an eye on his situation to make sure it doesn't fall back to where it was.

Thank you to Eco-Pro once again for the great service. Your team did a beautiful job on my carpets and the tile cleaning in my kitchen. Both look brand new! I have used Eco-Pro for several years and have always been very happy with the service. I would recommend them to my family and friends without hesitation.

I am very happy with the service that Eco Pro provided us. The staff was very friendly, and the work was excellent. We had a flooded basement because of the thaw last week. Their team were like superheroes the way they worked., Our basement was cleared, water was removed and it was dry as a bone in a couple of days. Thanks for the great service!!

I had Eco-Pro carpet cleaning service come to clean my carpets and furniture and everything turned out perfect. They removed some really bad stains that my kids made in the rec room and I never thought it would come out. They were extremely polite, they moved furniture and my home smells AMAZING. I would highly recommend Eco-Pro to anyone looking for a professional and courteous company.

Just had Eco-Pro in to clean two of my mattresses this morning. They were very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. My mattresses look amazing and my house smells incredible. Very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them!

Amazing job done in April-2018. Had discovered two types of bad mold that of which air born spores reached all over the house. Dean came and explained everything well and was very compassionate about helping me out. He and his team worked so well and thorough to make sure it was done 100%. He also was very reasonable on the price, which made it more affordable with less financial straining. Thank you Dean!
