I recently purchased a home that had been neglected quite a bit by the previous owners leading up to closing. Richard and the team fit me in on quite short notice and went above and beyond in terms of getting the place move in ready. The house was cleaned immaculately and all smells were removed. I would highly recommend them for a deep clean service.
Edited to add 2 stars: I am NOT reporting on their quality of service as I selected another cleaning service the same day Richard called me. I am ONLY reporting on their customer service. 1 star added because : Richard called as a follow up to apologize and explained that they sent the quote to the wrong email address. He explained their procedure for intake/quotes, and was understanding when I told him that I had selected another service. 1 star added: He was also understanding when I told him I would not take down my review and did not pressure me to add stars or give a favourable review. For me, this showed integrity as I only told him I would edit my review. He thanked me and apologized again. OLD POST: The man I met and the woman I emailed were kind so I had to give at least 2 stars. I suspect that if you get a hold of someone, the customer service would be good, but the organization/follow through is lacking. Not worth the $1000+ minimum price tag for a deep clean as advertised on the website. I was excited to have my house deep cleaned but it never happened because someone came to my house to give me an estimate and then didn't email or call with the quote. I followed up with the receptionist but then still didn't get a quote. I didn't want to beg for them to clean my house so I'm checking out other more reliable/organized business. I hope the guy who came to my house is OK, but if he isn't, I would expect the business to send me another person for a quote especially because I should be on file.
From the beginning, I had nothing but an amazing experience with Enviropure. From Melissa who was really cordial and amazing taking my request for a quote and handling my case to the two cleaners who were cordial, respectful, prompt full with great people skill. I felt in good hands from the start. I will definitely relay the information to my now ex landlord for all his other dwellings. Thanks for the great service and of course, the carpet is super clean and the whole house smells amazing.
Tina's team was impeccable with my home cleaning! I loved walking into my home and smelling the lime smell of cleanliness! Professional, fast, efficient, friendly...all I could ask is for the girls to come back more often!! It feels so nice to be in my clean home, stress free, and able to breathe with ease! And best of all, all the products are organic and natural and totally pet friendly!
We recently moved to Ottawa and enlisted the services of Enviropure to do a "deep" cleaning of our new house. The cleaning crew came yesterday and did an amazing job. They were wonderfully quick too without compromising quality. I didn't use the white glove test, but I did wipe my finger in hard to reach places and found them all spotless. It’s wonderful to see and feel how the house looks when it’s sparkling. We can’t wait to move in.
