OTOWN CRAFT HOUSE

Best burgers my husband and I have had in a very long time! Wait staff was great. The draft beer selection could be a little better. However, i highly recommend Otown!

First time here. Excellent food, drinks, and service. This is a destination restaurant. Make it a point to get here. Follow-up Review: Second time here. SO disappointed. Experience in line with many other reviews: took WAY too long for us to get in and out. Food was still excellent, beer selection is great, but the service was so slow it will keep me from going back. Restaurant was still slow while we were there and didn't start to get busy until long after we should have already left. Sorry if you read my previous review and decided to go here because of it. I would not recommend O-Town until they get their service/staffing figured out.

Ordered food to go. (Chopped steak entrees). Portion sizes very generous. Loved the seasoned fries as they were done perfectly and I could tell they were cooked in fresh oil. Food was hot, very tasty, and the meat was cooked just as we requested. We both asked for slight changes to the meal (different cheese, sauteed onions rather than onion frizzles) and they happily made the changes and did so without making us feel we were a bother. Their menu is pretty extensive and makes it hard to decide what to choose. Definitely not a bad thing! And they have some neat twists on different dishes which are nicely described on the menu. Not sure if I'm trying the chicken marsala, meatball parm, or one of the flatbread next time!

Awesome beer selection and great food. An awesome reason to trek into Olyphant. Will definitely come back if only to try the rest of the burgers on the menu!

I didn't have a good experience, either. Me and my husband went. The waitress had an attitude. I'm not one of those ppl who can't take a dose of my own medicine either. I have no idea what her problem was. Still left her a tip cuz who knows maybe she was having a bad day. What was really annoying.. It was like 5pm and there was a couple chicks plastered at the bar area. Could hardly talk over them. The family next to us was very irritated as well and the food didn't make up for it. Haven't given it another try.
