"O-Taku Manga Lounge est une librairie agréée spécialisée autour de la culture Japonaise mais aussi un endroit de relaxation où tu te sentiras comme chez toi. Le concept est simple, notre but est de te faire vivre une expérience à travers l'idée du “manga Kissa” tout droit importé du Japon. Avec une bibliothèque de plus de 10 000 mangas à ta disposition en lecture sur place, de délicieux thés et repas japonais, des activités, événements otaku et une fantastique équipe d’experts en mangas pour te conseiller. Bien sûr nous sommes avant tout une librairie, tu peux donc acheter tes séries préférées en Français, en Anglais et en Japonais. À très vite dans “La référence du manga à Montréal !”"

Great selection of French manga and decent selection of English, really cool that they have a Japanese style manga cafe lounge where you can pay to sit and read the manga available in the lounge section as well as order food. They also seem to have a lot of cool events happening every month which is really neat! If you’re an Otaku and you’re in Montreal it’s a fun stop
Best place to read lots of manga in English and French. The store has a massive variety and edition to pick from. Merchandise is a plenty and the staff is knowledgeable. Will come back!

Super nice concept! We loved the friendly store clerk who walked us through our first time. The bubble tea had a very different take that was flavourful and exciting. Felt very comfortable and at home. We came late so possibly this is why there was only 4 people including us 2. Did not have time to soak it all in as we were hungry so it is a must to go back!
Small but cute! It’s a small place with a good selection of works…. But most are in French I personally can’t take French manga srsly lol The decor is really cute though! I’d drop by again if I’m in the area

Super casual and cozy athmosphere, perfect for reading manga or relaxing with a few friends, great variety of manga in French and English, many anime themed gifts and products, there is also bubble tea available. It's at a nice location and the staff is friendly. I love this place. :
Very good concept, but literally next to no space when it's full, the teriyaki onigiri was made of hard rice and chicken prob frozen, infact all of their things were prebought even mochi And Ramen instant Good arrangement of manga tho
