Osteria Giulia
"Osteria Giulia sprung to life in our imaginations as a tribute to Italian traditions of the past.We wanted to create one simple, beautiful thing. Somewhere outside of your busy life, outside of your surroundings, outside of time. An environment, an experience, an entire evening.Osteria Giulia is intimate, warm and familiar. We’ve reveled in her every detail. We’ve established a rarified menu focusing on Northern Italian cuisine and delicate coastal, Mediterranean flavor.Giulia is a new imagining of what an Italian restaurant can be.It always was the place of our dreams, the reason for our collaboration, and the culmination of—and conduit for—our collective passion. We can’t wait to welcome you.Chef Rob Rossi + David Minicucci"

I came here because they just received their michelin 1 star. They have a good selection of pastas, appetizers and mains. We tried their famous hand braided pasta and it was pretty good, very light. The risotto wasn't bad either. The service was really good, they were very knowledgeable and helpful and the ambiance and decor was on point. The wine and cocktail was really good. Overall it was a good experience but the food didn't really wow me.
Osteria Giulia made for the perfect date night. The dishes were unique and delicious. We enjoyed every one of them. The highlight was the pork special of the night. Their cocktails are also excellent. Ambiance was clean, minimalistic, tasteful, yet casual. We look forward to coming back!
Great experience at Osteria Guilia. Service was exceptional. We brought our own wine and they gladly decanted it for us. The server was well educated on the menu and made some tremendous recommendations. The food was excellent and dessert was perfect. Only complaints would be that we were seated at the bar and the proximity to the door made it a little chilly every time a party entered or exited. I would recommend you try your best to reserve a table.
A fantastic dining experience. Minimalist but thoughtful décor, great lighting and ambience, excellent service, silky smooth cocktails, and a collection of dishes that impressed one after another. The anchovies and butter appetizer, and the seafood medley main, in particular, were highlights. It's definitely on the higher end of the price spectrum, so I'd probably recommend it for special occasions and not a casual night out, but it's worth every penny.
Absolutely a fantastic experience. I made a reservation on a Friday for 2 people to celebrate my boyfriends birthday for 5pm reservation. Everything from the service to the food to the atmosphere exceptional. No wonder it was given a Michelin star. We ordered 2 appetizers to start which were the flat bread and veal tartare. Both of these dishes were absolutely delicious and I loved every bite of the veal dish. As our main; I opted for the hand-braid pasta with scallop and squid. And my boyfriend got the lamb. These dishes were really good as well especially the Lamb which was so tender!! Last but not least; we got the white chocolate cake dessert with fruit for his birthday cake and we absolutely loved it! The cake was crispy with filling inside and fruits which tasted so good. We finished it so quick. Shout out to our server who was fantastic and explained every question we had and provided recommendations which we took and ended up loving! Highly recommended. Reservations are needed and you will need to book far in advance as the spots are quickly taken in a blink of an eye.
My new favourite Italian place in town! The service is wonderful and the food is delicious. Their focaccia is AMAZING, it was so good that we ordered another one. Our other favourites include the seafood risotto, market seafood platter the octopus melted in my mouth and the black cod appetizer. The portions are a little small and noise level can be quite loud at dinner time. However, the dishes are consistently great. I would come back again in a heartbeat.
Everything was subliminal from the service to the food and place. We were expertly guided by our bartender and server. The service was impeccable and the staff is super friendly and care about every guest. For the food, I mean were can I start, the veal carpaccio was just amazing and the portion of rack of lamb was adequate for 3 person and was cooked to perfection. I would recommend the squash as a side since it was one of the best thing I tasted in a while. The desserts are amazing as well. This place deserve both of their michelin stars for sure. One for the bar and one for the restaurant.
Fantastic! Easily a new favourite. They earned a Michelin star for their cocktails and its well worth it. I would suggest for a date or a dinner for two to sit at the bar to get the full experience from the fantastic bar staff. The cocktails on the menu are great but we definitely preferred to go off menu and let the bartender do his magic. Food was also excellent. We got the crudo, lamb pappardelle, lobster spaghetti and 2 servings of bread and butter. Can't wait to go again!
Excellent spot that's surprisingly easy to miss if you were to just walk by casually. You'll most likely need a reservation here. The restaurant is spacious and has quite the depth to it. The meals were delicious and well balanced, my personal favorites being the pork special, the broccolini and the veal carpaccio. A strong recommend for special occasions or if you have a decently sized group to try out the different dishes.
I chose this restaurant based on the one star Michelin. It was perfect timing to celebrate my bday and the tasting menu based on the holiday. It is $175 per person, some share dishes. The trio appetizer dish was good with the razor clams and oyster was little fishy but the idea with the foam was good. The lobster cracker one was the best out of the 3. The octopus was a little disappointing, it chars a little too much to the point that is hard on the outside but it is soft on the inside. The sauce was amazing though. The pasta dish was very good, the sauce was delicious and cooked beautifully. I do like the tasting menu but I do expect to be more woow since it received a one star
