Our good friend introduced us to Osmow's, and we are so glad he did! It is now one of our favorites!! The service is wonderful, and the food is even better! We are never disappointed!! It was ready before we knew it, and it was absolutely delicious! I would recommend to anyone!
Placed an order through Uber Eats and the driver unfortunately misplaced it. However, the owner personally called me and delivered the order himself. Truly phenomenal service and a great example of going above and beyond for customers! Highly appreciated
Today was the first day I went to the restaurant.nnI know it's fairly new to Cornwall Ontario.nnOne of my most absolute favorite meals is a Falafel wrap, so I picked up one.nnIt was beyond phenomenal.nnAbsolutely loved it!nnI wanted to go back in and tell the staff how amazing it was but it was on a short lunch and had to run back to work.nnYou have made a customer for lifennI can't wait to come back again and again.nnI did have another Falafel joint that I loved but the last few times I went they epically failed.nnAfter today it was a Slice of heaven.nnSo thank you and I appreciate everyone in this restaurant and I can't wait for my next amazing meal from you guys.nnThank you for all you do. We had an amazing experience ordering delivery from Osmow’s. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Our order was delivered right on time, and they were incredibly accommodating with a special catering request for a large party, which we really appreciated.nnThe amount of food was generous and more than enough for everyone had lots for yummy leftovers after too!. Everything was absolutely delicious. Fresh, flavourful, and clearly prepared with care. The whole experience exceeded our expectations, especially the level of customer service and the positive vibes throughout the process.nnThis was a big order, and they handled it flawlessly. We will definitely be ordering again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for group orders or events.
I understand that mistakes happen, but we are very disappointed in the customer service in this location.nnWe purchased a Too Good to Go order from here earlier October 22nd. The way Too Good to Go works - you purchase food left at the end of the day at a restaurant for 1/3 of the cost.nnThe Too Good to Go purchase we made was $7.99 before tax and the value was supposed to be $24.00 before tax. We showed the cashier this directly on the app.nnWe got one beef on the rocks. We brought this to the cashier’s attention and she said we were only supposed to get $8 worth of food which makes no sense - we would just order what we want.nnThe item we got - beef on the rocks - sells for $16.79 on DoorDash, and likely less in person because of app markups. This is nearly 1/3 less. She also claimed in person it was $18.99.nnMistakes happen, but we politely brought this to the cashier’s attention and she insisted we were wrong and wouldn’t rectify the situation. We just left after this.nnToo Good to Go has already confirmed what we got was under value, and has offered us a refund.
