The worst Osmow’s branch EVER! I have been in may Osmow’s stores in York Region and this store absolutely is the worst ever. Here is the photo of the Chicken on the Rocks that the store manager of this branch is delivered. Another person at the back of the shop was not wearing a mask and the branch was too dirty. After reading other reviews , it becomes clear that this happened many times. The incident has been reported to York Health Service for their action and to ensure the integrity of food health in our community is maintained.
My friends and I made 5 orders for pickup via their website tonight, after confirming our orders one of us got a call saying they don't have felafel anymore, which was fine since they called, but when we picked up the orders and came home all orders were wrong, Large beef on the stix came small, all the side fries were missing, no toppings on the wraps what so ever exept for lettuce, felafel wrap came with one felafel only. We called them to let them know about all these mistakes someone picked up the phone and said will call us back, never did, and when we called back there again of course no one picked up anymore, this was a very disappointing experience and we will not go back there and don't recommend it at all. Please avoid Osmow's Aurora at all cost.
Just ordered a chicken shwarama poutine with the regular garlic sauce and medium heat and only got the poutine portion with the chicken. Not very flavourful without the garlic sauce and heat sauce they use. Not very happy about my lunch selection today.
Am just surprised with people's negative comments for this store ...I had chiken on veggies and it was so tasty with full portion of veggies with good quantity of chicken..I loved it ..!!!!! Never believe people's negative comments...just go to the store and try in person you gonna love it for sure
I ordered on DoorDash and they didn’t add my drink that I paid for, food was cold, chicken was old and gross and barely covered the rice… you can tell the employees seriously didn’t care at all… one star for the rice lol
I’m not one to knock osmows but this location i would stand clear of. I walked in and the workers are just sitting lounging around. The chicken wasn’t even heated up for me I got the chicken on the rocks which is chicken and rice. The Food was stale and cold. What a Waste of $14 not worth the price when the quality of food is like that. If you can’t operate the business properly quit… the Workers are lazy. Not impressed. There is another location in Newmarket I would just go there. If you value your money!! Horrible experience visiting this location.
Osmows in aurora is the best. I’m a student who pays for my own lunches, and the food here is amazing with such a great price. I go here almost 3-4 times a week and the workers there are so nice and have great customer service.
I been to this place a lott. People here are really polite.i love there chicken on the rox and chicken is always fresh and juicy also there manager is really polite and very friendly always treat me and every customer very well with a great smile on his face. Really good service
My favourite place to dine everytime i crave for outside food. Chicken on the rocks totally winning dish. I come here often during my work-break. Amazing hospitality by Ram and Akhil.
I typically just pick up. The food is always fresh and on point. Never disappoints and portions are big as well as reasonably priced! $ Food: 5/5
