my mom and dad got me these amazing flowers for my birthday today. and the chocolates it came with are amazing. delivery man was super friendly, and mom put in a request for orange, even the tea cup holder was orange! i love it &lt;3 they do amazing work would recommend!

Was rather far from home over mothersday, their website made placing an order for delivery extremely simple, and the end result was amazing! No more than 5 minuets to place the order on my phones browser, and arrived on time with no issues. Thank you a whole bunch for helping make my mothers day special even when i couldnt be there!

We ordered the Florists Choice daily deal in the premium size to send to our coworker in sympathy. It was $130 free shipping. I called to see if there was possibly a mistake on the size, and was told no that is what I ordered. It was embarrassing. Will not order from here again. Arrangement on the left circled. Vase was plastic.

We got all our wedding florals and bouquets from Osborne Florists for our wedding this past weekend and they were just beautiful! I was so impressed and absolutely loved my bouquet! Oriana and Angie made the whole process very easy and helpful and with just an inspo picture and brief consultation to go by they made my vision a reality and I could not have been happier!! I recommend Osborne Florists so much, we were so pleased!! I haven't received pictures back yet because it was just this past weekend but I snapped a few myself I'll add to show off how wonderful our flowers turned out!

they send me the wrong arrangement with the wrong message on my Birthday. I had no idea who the flowers where from and assumed they just messed up the card and had to call and ask. they just laughed it off and told me who sent it. I find out later that the arrangement was totally different from what was ordered and we contacted them to send the proper flowers. they agreed and we arranged for delivery. Again what they sent looks Absolutely NOTHING like what was ordered.  I understand that sometimes the exact flowers are not available but the arrangement I received looked pathetic compared to the picture. Costco arrangements look way more premium compared to this at a way cheaper price I'll let you be the judge....

Excellent quality, service, and advice. I had a bouquet delivered to my sister who loved the beautiful and eclectic flowers from the Florist's Daily Choice. The process, price, and most importantly, end result was better than I expected. I will order again.

The flowers were beautiful! Unfortunately the woman  I dealt with is unprofessional and rude. An unfortunate way to run a business, especially based on a service that deals with both happy and sad events.

I was pleasantly surprised at the extra effort Oriana at Osborne Florist took with the changes I requested. She called the Funeral Home to confirm when the best delivery time was. Friendly, helpful suggestions. Wanda
