Everything went smoothly for me. Scheduling got me in quick and was very professional. She also filled out the paperwork for me because I'd broken my hand. The doctor was very down to earth, gave a lot of education on the bones in the hand and was very open about surgery vs no surgery. Great place to go.

Dr. Russell, nurse Carol and staff knowledgeable and helpful about foot reconstruction. 4 stars only because I'm waiting to see how it does. ONLY issue I had this far is when I first called office they wanted to set up appointmentent (and x-rays subsequently) for ONE thing: foot OR ankle when my pain presented in BOTH and are ATTACHED. And we needed both areas x-rated anyway. They had to go to triage nurse to ok appointment set up that would look at both. They need to evaluate their initial contact protocol which must come from someone above (Reception staff via phone and face-to-face are personable and professional). Is off-putting, concerning and doesn't reflect the compassionate caring staff.

I cannot say enough good about my experiences! I have had two carpal releases that went extremely well. The staff was excellent!. Most recently OA was my choice to get a total knee replacement, once again things went great. Everyone treated me like family. I would highly recommend this clinic and their services.

I was seen by a doctor for knee issues. The communication between front desk and the doctor and nurses was not acceptable. I was told several times that I would be contacted and it did NOT happen. Would definitely not recommend this clinic. They seem to drag their feet while the patient has to suffer the pain daily. They are very poor at communicating with the patient, and seem to have their own agenda, regardless of what the patient is telling them.
