My bottom permanent retainer has now broke 3 times and they expect me to pay another 50$ on the third time. They are so unprofessional and the place is so ghetto and just a weird vibe all around inside... if you can try to get your kids to go somewhere else this place is cheap and a joke

They would rather allow a customers teeth to go back to their orginal state prior to braces and spend hundreds to housands of dollars on attorney fees going back and forth through conciliation court than to allow a customer, who they know is low income and has spent over $10,000 with their company, to make a payment plan for a charge of $250 or cover the charge themselves to avoid all of this. I know their in business to make money, but where is the loyalty and customer service...really sad...

I had my braces off 5 years ago and I had to go back in to get my permanent retainer put back in. I went to the Apple Valley office because I moved over to this side of town. My original office was across town. If I knew how awesome this office was I would have had all my work down here. Quickly replaced retainer and had new nightly retainers made and fitted. I loved all the staff!! They were all nice and cared about knowing patients. In addition, the wait time and visits were quick and easy! Highly recommend!!

They always took great care of my daughter. Her teeth look great. No problems with insurance either.

OCS and Cigna pointing fingers at each other. The end result is that I can't file an FSA reimbursement until OCS files a claim correctly with Cigna and Cigna produces an EOB. OCS is quick to bill you on time (got my receipt emailed to me at 4am on the autopay date!) but not so quick to get a claim filed with Cigna (going on 7 weeks now). OCS says they filed, Cigna says they didn't. Bottom line: I'm stuck here unable to get reimbursed. The good news is that at least Cigna's agent was very apologetic and friendly.
