Oriole GO Station Train

One of the GO train stations of all time. Consists of a single concrete platform with several heated shelters, ticket vending machine, and a parking lot under the highway. The parking lot fills up fast due to the nearby hospital and the ongoing construction by the MTO taking up a huge number of the spots - luckily there is ample parking at Leslie subway station if you're willing to cough up the $7.nnPeak direction service only, they don't even send a crummy GO bus here when the train is running but Leslie station is right there so you have the subway as an alternative.

1. No parking available - it fills up extremely quick due to construction.nn2. They ticket for parking in a no parking zone, even though their construction took up 60% of the parking spots.nn3. The people who work at North York Hospital across from the station, use this lot as a parking spot even though it’s specifically for commuters taking the train.nnAll in all, a horrible place to catch your train unless you want to be stressed out first thing in the morning.

Not enough parking for customers paying to take the train due to construction, but more so because staff from nearby North York General Hospital are parking there.

All the parking spaces are taken when I went for the 8:36 train. Half of the lot is under construction.

Worst experience I have ever had with public transportation.nAfter getting off the train, I could not get out of the station as everywhere were blocked by construction fences and there weren’t any signs for pedestrians!
