I went in to get a set of bio gel nails. I also got a simple design which took her maybe 5 minutes to do. It cost me $113.00 plus tip. I asked her about it and the simple design cost $35 on top of the full set of bio gel nails. That was extremely over priced. I get my nails done all the time and NEVER have I paid that much!!! Today I phoned Organic Nail to check the cost of simply removing shellac nail polish from my hands. They told me it would be $10. When I arrived I noticed that the place is NOT clean but I was already there and the service was just removal of polish. Typically, in previous experiences with Shellac removal, a nail polish remover is applied, tin foil is wrapped around the finger to speed up the processing, then the tin foil is removed and the shellac nail polish is scraped off. Organic Nail did not use this process. Organic Nail used several different sanding tools over and over and over on my nails. When I left my nails were a mess. So thin and in taters. I had to go home and cut them as short as possible because they were paper thin and jagged. If that is not bad enough, the girl charged me $20. When I objected she said "every treatment is unique" and that is what she charged me! In summary, the place is dirty, my nails were a mess when I left and they charged me double what they originally said it would be!! I will never go back to this hack job, unprofessional place!Service: Manicure

The customer services is amazing here. I have been to various places but this one is a gem. Definitely one of the best spots for mani and Pedi in Mississauga. I just treated myself to a manicure and pedicure volcano green apple and aloe which provides an extensive leg and feet massage it was excellent. The service was great and I really enjoyed it. At $80 it is worth the money. My only reason for giving 4 stars is the premises are fairly small for the number of chairs and it wasn't easy walking between manicure stations and pedicure chairs to access the waxing room , especially as I have to use a cane. I usually use my walker but there isn't room at this facility to do that. Having said that I will be booking a facial shortly.

Anna and her team are amazing! They will always make sure you are leaving feeling like a million dollars. Today was my 1st time ever getting a biogel nail manicure. I booked an appointment here for a friend. It was obvious from the start the process was being completely rush. If they didn't have enough time to do a good job should of said so. My experience here was totally awful! Inconsistent patterns wrong colouring and just bad service. Never had such an awful time in a salon! I will never use this place again! Suggest you don’t waste your money. AWFUL. makes P.C look bad.

My daughter and I were treated like gold when we went in for a special spa morning. We really needed it after a summer of beach days and hikes and pool swims. She’s 7 and her nails were awful but she wouldn’t let me touch them. Everyone was so kind, and made a big effort to ensure my little girl was comfortable and happy. Even asked her to choose a favourite design to be painted on her thumb and big toe nails. I’m not a mani pedi person but 90 minutes in a massage chair will make me feel grateful to be alive and this visit was no different. Will definitely be back, and bring nana along next time too. By the way our nails looked great for longer than expected 3-5 days for fingers, 2-3 weeks for toes. Thanks ladies! You are all so sweet.

My first visit today to this salon for a bio-gel refill, and am very impressed with the level of care and high quality workmanship that I received. The finished result is beautiful! The salon is also clean and well maintained.
