These guys are amazing! I went in with an issue with my Mac. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Dan who was nothing short of amazing. He took time out of his work to attend to my issue, gave me great tips and best of all he was genuinely happy to help. I’d recommend them to anyone in the Aylmer/Gatineau/Ottawa area to go to these guys with your computer issues. You won’t regret it. Very nice, bilingual, super friendly staff who genuinely care about solving your issues. Nothing short of spectacular service.

Bilingual staff was very helpful, honest and excellent communicators throughout the process of attempting to retrieve corrupt files from an old hard drive. They called me 3 times to follow up and let me know where they were at in the work, provided helpful suggestions on how to save/store information going forward and were reasonably priced. I have been twice for different problems and they were excellent on both occasions. Highly recommend.

Spark Computers is an absolutely awesome place to get your computer looked at and repaired. I took an HP laptop in for some work and the staff are very skilled, knowledgeable, professional, and above all, honest. It's definitely my go-to place for computer related issues in Gatineau.

This is the place to get your computing needs and ensure you'll have ongoing support. They are honest, personable, helpful, bilingual, they have competitive prices and have always been honest; even if it earns them little or no revenue. I use them for all of my personal and business computing needs.
