I went to plateau location to purchase a new all in one desktop for my mom. We brought back her old all in one and I would like to give a shout out to Sofianne who works there. He was so patient with us. My 81 year old mom was very happy with his service. Thank you Sofianne. U were so great and we appreciate your excellent service. My mom loves her new computer.

I have to come here cause it’s the closest to me. The service here is TERRIBLE. EVERYONE MOVES AT THE SPEED OF FROZEN MOLASSES. Tonight I was the next person in line and I waited 17 minutes before I got served. There were 12 people in line behind me. And the women behind the counter gave zero cares that there were so may people in line. Every time I come here the service is very, very poor. If I found give zero stars I would.

I ordered printing items on November 17th 2025 it’s not December 6th 2025 and I have not yet been notified or received my order. I have been to the store 5 times to check on the status of my order since no one answers the phone. I have a small baby so this is extremely inconvenient to do.nnThe company claims the order will be ready in 3-5 days and it’s been three weeks and counting.nnI will never use the printing service from staples again. How embarrassing.

Very terrible service.nEvery time you have to wait and wait.
