Orchid Tattoo

I had my septum pierced by Rocky on August 11th, and it was the best piercing experience I have ever had!! I'm usually such a baby about piercings, but he was so quick and gentle. It's perfect, highly recommend. The lovely individual who helped me at the front desk was amazing as well, so funny. He told me I had a great energy; YOU have a great energy, front desk man!! Sorry I don't know your name! Y'all are the best, I'm sure I'll be returning.

I did a walk in appointment at Orchid to get my belly button and nostril pierced with my friend. We got in very easily and the wait wasn’t too too bad. However the piercing experience itself was pretty brutal. We got pierced by Rocky who seemed like he was in a RUSH to be done our piercings, there was practically no communication and no preparation. I’ve had my nose done before but Rocky was really rough with how he handled my nose during the piercing process. It was very very painful to be expected! but this was a bit more than I was prepared for as again, the most communication I got was to breathe in and out He also didn’t bother to clean off the sharpie off my nose from another placement suggestion which felt a little neglectful. After he was done i didn’t even get the opportunity to see the piercing before he told me to lay down for my belly button. Belly button piercings are a pretty scary piercing to get so to be completely unprepared for it was very scary. Again it was done so quickly with basically no communication as to when he was putting in the actual jewelry or anything like that. At the end he gave me very basic instructions on not to swim and how long it’ll take to heal but there was NO other info given to me about the healing process. Luckily I know how to take care of it but for people who have never gotten pierced before would otherwise not know. It was an extremely rushed process with basically no time to recover between piercings, and the whole time I felt like an inconvenience to Rocky as if he had other places to be. My friend had a very similar much worse experience. I’m not trying to bash the company by any means I just hope you can learn from this and treat other clients with much more care than we were treated. I do want to say all the other staff were super super accommodating and helpful otherwise

Have been a new customer of this shop after looking for a new artist. Got connected with Macks, who is an amazing and talented young artist. Macks has used their talent to design a tat for my bestie and I and took great care and attention to detail throughout the process. Sitting with Macks flies by with their engaging conversations and connecting through our love of oddities. Will definitely be back to see Macks very soon. Rocky did two helix piercing for me nine months ago and I had a great experience everything went smoothly and healed great I came back today for two more helix on the other side and again such a great experience hes friendly welcoming and professional. I had a really great experience here! I am an adult who hadn't had my ears pierced since a bad experience at Claire’s when I was 7 years old, which was painful and caused my ears to infect and close. I’m also extremely afraid of pain and needles, so I was pretty nervous going in. Rocky, who did my piercing, was very kind and helped put me at ease with the whole thing. It really made the whole ordeal easier for me, and the pain actually was quick and not that bad, and I didn’t feel panicked at all which is a first for me! The aftercare they offered was really great as well. He told me to come by in 3 months for him to take a look at the piercing to make sure it’s fully healed before I change my earrings, and to call any time if I have questions or concerns. I really appreciate him being so thorough. It’s day 2 of my piercing and my ears are fine, barely red, not really swollen and no pain. I would definitely rate my experience at Orchid a 5/5 or more. Both my mom and I went to the shop yesterday for tattoos. We got tattooed by Mick and would absolutely recommend getting a tattoo done by him or another artist at Orchid if he's unavailable. All the workers were patient and extremely kind to both of us when we walked up to the shop with a bunch of questions. Mick made the experience at the shop comfortable and I love my tattoo. Despite it being my first tattoo I was hardly nervous as he knew what to do and made both mine and my mom's day amazing with the tattoos he did for us.

Went into the shop yesterday for a new tattoo which was done by Mick, he really did an amazing job he turned my idea into something great and I’m really loving my tattoo. I would highly recommend Mick for any tattoos he makes you feel comfortable and at home. I’ll definitely be going to him for my next tatty . If I could rate him a 10 I definitely would. It’s a great shop with great people who work there 100%

Took my 6 year old to have her ears pierced after 2 other shops refused to do it because she was too young. Rocky did an amazing job with her! He explained everything he was doing and was calm and thorough. She felt very comfortable with him and had a great experience. I got my first tattoo done by Mick and I love it so much. He was very patient and it didn't hurt as much as I thought it would and I have a very low pain tolerance. He went over the steps to take care of my tat very well and answered all of my questions I had to ask. I am definitely coming back to get more tattoos!!!Services: Tattoo aftercare

I had made the last minute decision to get a piercing done on the day i leave back for my hometown. The lady at the front desk was super kind and helpful and booked me in for an appointment that worked for my timing. The prices are also very affordable for people/or college students like myself. Rocky did my upper lobe and was very precise and walked me through the whole process. He was very talkative throughout the whole piercing which distracted me from the pain and nervousness I was feeling. After the appointment I was left with a 2/10 pain and little redness and swelling. Today is the day after and I can barely feel anything. I am planning on either getting my nose pierced or my tongue and once I do I will definitely be planning on coming back!
