I love getting tattoo’d at Atomic! Everything is always well organized, appointments are confirmed far in advance. The new paint and vibe of the shop is amazing, having treats and drinks on hand for clients is brilliant. The environment is always happy and the shop is always clean! Mitchel is a pleasure to get a tattoo from and all the other artists and receptionists I’ve met are always kind and friendly. I’ll be coming back for many more pieces. Highly recommend!

Alissa is hella amazing! I have always wanted to get a piercing by her so this review is a long time coming. From the moment you walk in she takes great care of you and makes you feel welcome in the shop. Alissa is extremely professional and transparent! I had my septum pierced by her recently and it has healed nicely with her guidance of aftercare instructions. Bradley designed and gave me my last tattoo here. It is incredible. He is an absolute pro and incredibly talented artist. The shop overall is also great and was really open and kind. Tattoo shops can be a little intimidating if it's one of your first couple tattoos but atomic zombie was awesome and I would recommend them to anyone.

all the staff are really accommodating. it's my first time to have cartilage piercing and they were kind enough to walk me through everything i needed to know and how to take care of it. my experience with them definitely makes me want to get more piercing at the same studio

I had just tried to use this business to go buy some new body jewelry. I called ahead as it was about 530 on a Saturday. The very rude receptionist said that the piercer was busy but I could come in if I didn't have any questions. I said perfect, I just need jewelry. I arrive at 6pm to the doors being locked, even though they close at 7pm. I call and the same lady answers. She told me that she told me I could come but that she didn't say anybody would be there. I told some friends about the experience and come to find out 3 of the 4 of us had bad experiences there. A girl got charged $190 for a half hour from a different tattoo artist than she booked with cause the one she booked with was busy tattooing another employee. Do not recommend. Place is trash

I usually do not write bad reviews because I too own a business and understand the impact. But considering how disappointed I was with this situation I had to. I got a piercing done on my nose in September which is only less than four months ago. My last nose ring of eight years fell out, so I just bought a new one from them and had it installed by one of their top artist. Honestly, she’s fantastic. What I’m Upset about is, I spent $200 on a rose gold heart nose ring that fell out in less than 4 months. When I called in to talk to them about it, nothing was resolved. All she said was this has never happened to them ever before. Just because this supposedly never happened to you before, does not omit the fact that it has happened. As a business I believe that you should always rectify and have utmost customer care. She suggest I buy something else. I didn’t want to spend another $200 on another nose ring that may or may not fall out again. I think any normal person would understand this. I love their artist and I was willing too but not at full price if that’s the case. She said no. That’s fine. I do not recommend this business to anyone clearly they sell garbage products. And God forbid something goes wrong. They won’t help you or care. Good luck!

Rating 4 stars for now but might amend later. My piercer was super nice and made me really comfortable, I got my septum pierced and my only issue was just that they had very very little selection for septum jewellery and most of it is in golds, which look bad on some people like me. Not a huge deal, I just needed something basic to heal and then I’m gonna want something else anyway. Prices weren’t bad and it didn’t hurt at all just an easy peasy piercing. BUT. Right now, my septum piercing is really REALLY crooked. The piercer didn’t mention anything about it but I looked it up and people said it could just be due to the way it’s swelling. It’s like 2 days old so like I said, if it’s still really crooked a couple months from now I’ll be changing my review for sure.
