My Mom is happy, respected and well looked after. That makes me happy. There are many things we often look for in a retirement residence and Orchardview has them all. Beautiful surroundings, good food, plenty of in-house activities and outings as well as the best staff ever!!!
This review has been a long time coming. It took me some time to write it - but I would be remiss in not doing it.nThis team is remarkable. The support they gave my mother in her final years was beyond. She felt safe and cared for and the team did a great job in communicating with the family members. In Mom's final week of life, the respect and dignity they extended to Mom and to my sister and I and our extended family was outstanding. That was the hardest week of my life - but this team made it a little easier for my sister and I and I now look back and realize that was one of the most precious weeks of my life. 5 stars doesn’t seem enough.
Orchard View has been a wonderful home for my father for the last four years. The rooms, amenities, food, activities and the staff are all excellent. Highly recommended!
I just returned from the home to see my mother who was not particularly well today. Like every visit I have previously made, the staff were absolutely wonderful. I thank my lucky stars she is at this home and I hope they are able to maintain this level of care forever. Thank-you Orchardview staff for all you do.
Absolutely beautiful place, but management can be a little silly. Loved my position as a dietary aide, loved my residents, loved the psw's and nurses, but was used and the magaement abuses their power. Highly recommend this place, for everything but dietary and kitchen!
