Great Lakes Gymnastics

I have been going to Great Lakes gymnastics for 5 years now and it's fun and all, but lately conditioning has been getting very overwhelming and stressful. I know that they push us to be the best gymnast we can but one night after practice I went home and when I got home I literally felt like I was going to puke I couldn't feel any part of my body everything was just num, and my head was pounding. Don't get me wrong all of the staff and coaches are really nice but when you accidentally mess up on something that you've never messed up on before or forgot to do something you'll get screamed/yelled at by some of the coaches. And I'm not trying to be mean at all to the coaches & staff. There are just a few things you guys could work on doing, try to be more relaxed with the gymnasts, and if something goes wrong please don't yell at the gymnasts, tell them to come over where you are and talk to them and just tell them to try to not do it again. Try to give us more motivation. if you put your daughter on senior team for gymnastics your daughter might get a bit overwhelmed and stressed out.

I go to Great Lakes gymnastics. I am on excel silver I love it I love the coaches and the gymnasts. Once you become friends with the other gymnasts it's hard to turn away and leave. You just form a special bond between the amazing coaches. They will always believe in you

I got to great lakes gymnastics and it is amazing the coaching is amazing and I love it there so if u want a good gymnasitcs place there is the place to go!!

Wonderful gym with incredible coaches and a great atmosphere for the girls. Keep up the great work!
