Ordered lamb wrap with fries. No complains about the taste but was disappointed with the portion size considering it was $12.99. They put one skewer of lamb in the wrap, but the skewer only had two cubes of lamb. The cubes were cut into three to four pieces when cooked.
Monday September 19th around 5:00 p.m. I order a platter with lamp and my food was ready the lamp was raw I return back to the lady ask her if she throw it back to the grill or do something about it she said I already touched it and start looking at me there's nothing she can do about it or I can do about it leave it or take it Thats what makes me feel like so I decided to throw the whole food in the garbage and turn around walk out she still looking at me what I'm doing I never experience this any service
I love opa but I hate this location. The food had always been good but whenever I go THEY ARE CLOSED. The mall closes at 7pm and when I go at 645 they are closed EVERY TIME. They can't be allowed to do that. When I worked in a mall we got a fine for closing early . This is unacceptable and I will never eat at this location again. You have lost a loyal customer and fellow Opa lover.
It was 4:40 pm only and the mall closes at 5pm on Sundays. Wasn't able to buy my favorite platter because the lady said they're closed already. How come when the rest of the food court were still open?
I’m never one to complain, I ordered yesterday from skip the dishes I got my food it was burnt bread super burnt and hard, the meat was dry and hard, the sauce tasted sour I didn’t finish it, I woke up so sick from the food like horribly sick! I know times are hard with covid not a lot of people are buying fast food the food sits out all day but please give good quality food to those who are supporting your business. I was quite disappointed.
Love opa got the opa platter was delicious not over cooked rice and not over seasoned pita! Salad could of bin better cut up but can't complain
Went there at the end of the day on a Saturday and asked for the calamari salad. What was bad about the experience was the lady was cleaning and sure that's fine but using the same gloves to serve my food while cleaning was disgusting. Oh did i forget to mention that she kept pushing scraps of food into the deep fryer? Yeah i found plastic in my food afterwards.
Very quick service but lacking freshness. I ordered the calamari with Caesar salad. The batter was falling off the old chewy/over cooked calamari. Also my regular fountain drink wasn't even filled to the top...
What in the actual duck is this seriously?! Instead of calamari theres soo many breadcrumbs! Its like 10 calamari and the rest is bread crumbs! And also they have a small portion its the worst!
Food is amazing. But workers should wear hairnet and beard-net too because its food place.
