Seriously, this place does not disappoint. Definitely the best Chinese food, especially for a vegetarian!! My meat-eating boyfriend also loves it. Our favourites are the ginger beef, garlic dry ribs seriously to die for, and dumplings. The location is very unassuming, but it is such a hidden gem.

Worker was patient and friendly even though I arrived 10 minutes before close. Food was prepared fast and fresh to order and was very good. Thank you. I will come back to try more items.

Happy Veggie House is an amazing veggie based gem in Calgary.  We regularly drive across town to get takeout here.  The service is very friendly and personable.  The food tastes great, is varied, and offers lots of value.

Love their viggie plate. The fried noodles is the best.

We got the hot and sour soup, veggie chow mein and black bean dish over rice. It was so bland. They must have had a really off night because the reviews are so positive. Really nice lady at the counter, but I don’t think I could give it another try.

Being new to Calgary, we were on the lookout for good vegetarian places, and we were not disappointed.  Everything we have tried was fantastic, and the owners/staff have been very friendly.  It isn't fancy by any means, but it is very comfortable.
