Got my amazing meal from OPA at Guildford town centre. Feels so fresh and yummy in my tummy. Also, great service and staff at this location. My go to place now :
OPA is one of the best food corner in Surrey, having well oriented staff who provide the best customer service. It felt too delicious when I tried their chicken wrap with fries and their other dishes are also too good. Everyone must pay a visit over their. It is worth it.
On regular basis I keep visiting this location and always get amazing food and always find the staff to be really nice and welcoming. But giving low rating just because of the recent not so good experience because of this girl who made my pita wrap and fries on 13th Dec around 8:40 pm. The fries were not cooked properly as she took the fries out of the frier within just few seconds, the portion was really small and the wrap was not properly stuffed. That kiddo must be taught that people spend their hard earned money to get the food, so make it worth the money they are spending. Even her attitude/vibe was not so impressive. Seemed untrained. Low rating just because of this recent disappointing experience. Never had such bad experience at any of Opa s location before.
Food is always fresh but I was disappointed today with delivery- the girl was definitely skimping on my salad - I order chicken souvlaki - there was not one olive in my Greek salad!!! Come on now that’s bad - also only two slivered of red onion- - the two things I love about Greek salads! I had to ask for more and had to ask her to sprinkle the cheese on top Sub par today- They needed another person on completing the order- probably short staffed
This food isnt authentic greek food, obviously. The greek salad is okay when its cut up properly, the rice is just sad, Flavoring is non existant. I paid more then 20$ for my meal and when I asked for a cup water and ice they tried to charge me.Food: 1/5
Always a great experience here! The food is always tasty & fresh, the service is quick. Nice & friendly staff. Best OPA I've ever been to. Highly recommend this location.
I ordered calamari and Caesar salad. The portion was made for kids not for adult and it was dry and not fresh at all.
Employees making fun of customers laughing behind their back when asked for extra sauce reply was we charge for it . I paid $1.42 for I little sauce cup… literally rip off Vegetarian options: Falafel wrap
