Most of the poutines out there have salty aftertaste, this tasted sodium free with healthy portion of cheese curds. Nothing wrong at all!

I absolutely love the food at NY Fries. My only issue lies with my most recent order via Skip the Dishes. I requested to have more than the usual 1 packet of ketchup for my fries. Instead, I got almost a dozen mustard and relish packets, with my hotdog slathered in ketchup I only ever use mustard in my hotdog A lack of attention goes a long way at times. Still a good meal.

A regular customer and usually love New York fries however last nights visit was absolutely horrible. Rude employees except 1 young man with dark hair was very kind. Our fries were RAW. We didn’t notice until we left to our car and by that time the mall was closed. Spent $24 on uncooked fries. Not impressed

This place gives extraordinary service and flavorful meals. One of my favourite restaurants around town. The meals are served at great pace. Ask for raman if you want a meal you won't forget for life.

Regular fries was too dry, while the poutine fries was too wet Their hotdog combo only a plain bun and a hotdog unless you pay extra for the toppings. I think the price $20.99 that they charge for a combo are too expensive for 2 hotdogs , 2 soft drinks and a box of large fries. Not recommending to have New York Fries.

Barley any cheese, barley any sauce, half the fries in container. When I brought it up to the employees attention they said this is what the poutine is now. SAVE YOUR MONEY! GO ELSE WHERE!

I normally have no problems with my meals from here but today, my fries looked & felt frozen. A worker asked if I wanted a new one & I said yes, then she brought me a small poutine when I had ordered a regular poutine. The kids are running the place, I got evil stares from all the staff! New York Fries have lost my business & I guess I have to find a better place to eat? 6 yrs I've been coming here & now this? NEW YORK FRIES ownership should do something about this! I'll take my over 10,000 followers to a better place to eat!

The cashier was totally unprofessional. They need to train people to be non-judgemental about the dietary preferences of customers. They also charge for 25 cents per cup after you have paid for a bottle of pop. I paid for 2 cups. The cashier had the audacity to tell me that this is not India and disposable cups are not free. Highly recommended, skip the Guilford outlet.

Signage issues; need "order here" sign so people know where to wait when nobody is by the cash register to greet those that approach. Also need prices on "nacho fries" and "veggie fries" which should be a different section than "poutine"Food: 1/5

Bacon Double Cheese no bacon at all. I only find 2-3 bacon little pieces and It’s says double cheese, with that I can’t eat half of my portion
