OO movers Calgary

I hired this company on Aug 13 as they were moving they broke a glass table top. They said it would be replaced, now almost a month later when ever I call they say they are busy and hang up. Also I paid by cash and the next day I was called and the guy said where is my money, I asked who is this and when he told me I said I paid by cash and I took a video of me handing your employee the cash, he than hung up on me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL

I have to say I'd give them 10 stars if I could I've had movers and I mean I have moved like probably 10 times in the past 20 years and I've used movers 7 of those 10 and it is awful moving however these guys made my move so easy I had a few things that I was embarrassed about and the mess that was around my house and the fact that my teenage daughter was lazy and was no help also had health problems so I couldn't do much of myself but these guys made me feel at ease they did not judge me and they just packed everything into a truck they didn't ask questions they didn't stress me out and ignored the mess and just pushed everything to the side and they got it done lickety split quick time like a champ

Never hire this company to move you. First they were an hour late arriving without a phone call, they dropped my $1000 tv and ripped my new genuine leather couch. For three hours service they charged $841. I never received so much as an apology for my damaged belongings and no compensation whatsoever. Don't hire them they are a nightmare.

Well in recent memory, this moving company has to be the worst I have ever hired. First of all we were charged for boxes that would not have been required if they had met our earlier request of supplying wardrobe boxes. Not having wardrobe meant my daughter and I had to wrap our clothes with garbage bags. Then when we got to our destination which was a support living facility, all of our furniture needed to be sanitized, which infuriated our mover. He was also infuriated when the people at the facility would not lock down the elevator so he could use it solely for the move up to the 3rd floor. The mover showed no diplomacy, and irritated the facility people to no end. In summation, this mover was very unprofessional to say the least, and I would not recommend hiring them.

Sadly, I do not enjoy giving bad reviews for any business, but in this case, this company deserves 0 stars. I was very diligent and I described everything that we needed moved in the preparation form that the company sends. I specified on the phone as well that they would need a big truck. A big truck was not sent. It was a small truck, and we ended up having to pay for two trips. Even after the two trips, there were still items left behind that we had to move ourselves. We also had a very nice crescent fish tank that was broken. My husband saw the movers drop it. They then tried to say it broke in transit, which was dishonest and untrue. I then reached out to the company, and they told me because we did not ask the fish tank be boxed up, that they would not replace it. We also had a lot of solid wood furniture. One of the most precious being my grandmother's single solid oak bed frame. We noticed after the movers had left that it was very badly scratched. I brought this up in my response to the company when they refused to cover the fish tank, and they did not even give me the respect of a reply. Zero stars from me. Hands down. I would not recommend them to anyone.
