Alright so my move was from Toronto Area to Calgary Area. Movers picked up my belongings on August 12, 2021; this isnt my first time moving so I packed everything entirely myself. They arrived 20 minutes after the alloted pick up time but that didn't really matter much to me. Everything was loaded, guys that came to my place were friendly... everything went well. Megan was the sales rep I was dealing with, she answered all my questions very quickly and everything seemed pretty legit. My quote was around $2,600 which is pretty fair for the distance and amount of stuff i was moving. I contacted Megan during my move and she had informed me that my belongings were headed for calgary on August 17th. I arrived into my new apartment on September 1st and was given a delivery date of Tuesday September 7th. They told me they would call 24hrs in advance with the delivery time. This is where things went alittle south but not terribly... i called sunday & monday monday being a holiday with no answer from Megan or anyone. Tuesday morning i called again to find out my delivery time and was informed my delivery had been cancelled and rescheduled for September 11. The reason they gave me was because i didn't pay my total yet.... no one sent me a bill or informed me i had to pay or even gave me a courtesy call to say hey we cancelled your delivery because you still need to pay.  Of course I ended up paying, the total i was given to pay was $2,400 plus the $500 deposit you have to pay in the beginning bringing my total to $2,900... or $300 over the estimated cost they gave me. I asked to speak to the manager about these issues and still have not heard from the manager... im not even sure a manager exists at this company. I came onto google reviews and read all of the terrible reviews which made me EXTREMELY nervous about what was about to come. Today was my delivery date and i am happy to say that all my stuff arrived, nothing was damaged, only 1 box was squished and but the items inside were ok. I have attached some pictures for proof. Overall my experience wasn't terrible! of course the day they cancelled my delivery the first time was stressful and the fact I feel a bit over charged but in the end i got all my stuff and i am happy.  If you are missing a leather office chair or wood/metal kitchen chair or blue storage container with stuff in it. it was brought to my apartment with my delivery. I informed the delivery drivers that those belongings were not mine and they took them back with them.

I have nothing but good things to say about CMS.  It took me a while to write this, but better late than never.  We moved in Summer of 2021 from Trenton to beautiful Vancouver.  The online estimate form was comprehensive, and turned out to be dead accurate. I got prompt, personalized answers to my email queries. And then, when the guys came to do my move, it was total professionalism from start to finish. They treated my possessions as if they were their own - or better. Anything even remotely breakable was treated carefully, and they were particularly impressive about taking care of our large, heavy items, like a very big TV. At the end of the day, there wasn't a scratch on anything. I want to also note that there wasn't a minute of downtime with these guys. No hour-padding at all. We had cold drinks for them it was a very hot day, and we had lots of stairs they had to climb, and they barely even paused for beverages. In fact, we had to insist that they stop for a bit so we could give them some burgers to eat. We had found them by word of mouth on the internet, so it's only fair I do my bit to help someone else do the same. Absolute thumbs-up for this company from me. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to use them again.

If I could give them zero, I would!  AVOID using this company at any circumstances and by all means.  NEVER use it.  I had a terrible experience with this company.  Just save yourselves from unexpected surprises and extra fees, and a disorganized system. If you value your time and money as well as your possessions, just stay away.  My shipment took 39 days while it was just supposed to be around 2 weeks. Also, the total price increased dramatically in the end.  It was a stressful 39 days.

I’d give it -10 stars if I could. Literally the most HORRIBLE moving company I've ever hired. You’d better carry your stuff on your shoulder than hire them. Seriously stay away if you don't wanna go crazy. It was my second time having a big movement, the first one was continental which just took 2 weeks to receive my stuff and cost me reasonablyof course not with this company. This time was the second time which was within the country from the east part of Canada Quebec to Vancouver which took 39 days  I was told 2 or 3 weeks and cost me an unexpected increase  %50 increase to quote. They really gave us a hard time dealing with our moving. They made the challenge and the stress of moving double.If you really value your peace, time, furniture, and money, DO NOT hire this company.

The worse moving company ever...  Sales people: Not only they are rude but they will bully you...  Movers: They came 7PM to start after a long they, everyone of them was so tired, no wonder they destroyed and missed half our belonging causing $10,000s damage to us. I wasn't there otherwise I didn't allow them to load.. Insurance: We asked and they didn't give it to us... Claim response: After 3 months, coverage $360 based on damage to 600 pounds of our beautiful furniture and other items...deductible $500!!!!  The worst damage is done to the furniture that was packed by them.  You can't find any worse mover corporation!  Please let me know how to make this right...
