Ongles Lotus Nails

Worst mistake in my life. Customer harassment. When i aaid that i dont like a nail the woman started yelling asking if i had eyes to see and telling me that i have money and i can go anywhere else. Horrible attitude

It gets worse and worse every time i go! Yet, I keep going back, i guess it's because you can't beat their 23$ pedicure!

Overall really nice. Ive gotten my gel nails done here few times and have been happy with them every time. I have also never payed so little for a great result (35 for new set, 25 for refill) Seeing all these negative comments makes me think they have either changed staff or positively responded to the feedback

When I asked to fix my nails (because it was a horrible job) they started to YELL at me saying that the nail style I chose is supposed to be like that. My nails weren't even straight, there was a lot of bumps, and we could see my real nails under the fake ones. They were very rude and they kept saying that it was MY fault because I chose that style, two of them yelled at me trying to convince me that they didn't do anything bad. This is a huge lack of respect, I can't believe how impolite they were. Also, they hurt me with their machine, I even bled, and the final result is just ugly. I'm never going back there again.
