I am very upset with the service I went their for the first time to get my extensions done. The staff was very rude and the quality of the service is very poor I would never recommend this saloon to anyone. I had paid them $73 for simple extensions when I asked them she said we charge the tax on the debit card sometimes and sometimes on the cash which doesn’t make any sense to me. The only thing I am concerned for their services are not worth for $73. It takes 7/8 hours to make $100 with the minimum wages I would suggest not to waste your hard earned money here.

Best Nail Spot in Laval: I Always get Shellac and it’s the best Shellac I’ve ever gotten. It literally lasts 3 weeks and never peels off, which has never happened else where. I always get compliments and people can never believe i have Shellac on. They always think its gel or fake nails. Tracy, Gamma, and Maya are nice, especially Tracy, and Gamma who are always super professional and respectful, which is a quality i always look for in the customer service i receive when i go places. Last week, i did their gel for the first time, and I still got lots of compliments. I honestly recommend this place if you like to take care of your nails and wouldn’t just go anywhere because it’s cheap. Its $30 for Shellac and $40 refill for Gel but the first time it will cost you $60. Honestly it’s always worth it because they dont damage your nails so it always lasts longer.

Place is not the cleanest. I was referred to Maya however she is very rude and does not take her time to your nails properly. She is constantly in a rush. I had gone to do my nails elsewhere prior to coming to her and she started complaining and continuously shaking her head as she was removing the gel that was done by the previous technician, as if it was my fault. Would not recommend.

Whether you book an apt or just show up they are always rushing! They will work on another clients fingers while your shellac/gel nails are being dried and then apply cream on your hands when they haven't washed their hands...They don't take the time to trim cuticles, who knows if anything is sterilized. They are covered in nail dust particles along with the table. There is no clean towel for you to rest your hands on or a dish to soak your hands in. In between clients you never see them wash their hands... The polish is bumpy when you ask for shellac. They top it off with a thick layer of gel... Not worth 30$, you're better off soending your money elsewhere! this is not a manicure!!

Worse place for nails: shellac that costs almost to 45 they say just 30 first!, does not even last 2 days! Then they have the guts to blame you! They lie, waist your time and want to almost force you to get what you don't want at a much higher cost 60$+ for gel without even trying to compensate you for their very low quality work and mistake! Besides they don't stop bla bla in their own language for the hour you are stuck their ... Very bad ... do NOT waist your time & money and save yourself from an unecessary headache!
