My wife came out of there crying because the blond lady behind the counter was rude and and racist. The first time we thought the lady was stressed and let it go but the second time around, it was clear that this is a pattern with zero customer service skills, we will not go there again. The lady seems to get annoyed by any customer who walks in, if she is the owner, her business will certainly suffer and if she is not the owner, I recommend you hire new people or invest in a customer service course for your employees. A spa is a place to relax and not to come out of there unsatisfied and distressed with the experience.Service: Tanning

I just wanted to point out that I have been going to this tanning salon since Nancy has been the owner and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it. The staff is super welcoming super sweet, Nancy is always smiling making ALL customers feel comfortable and great. Amongst many salons I have tried out, this is the cleanest I have been into. The beds are always clean, rooms are always neat and organized and they have a multipler amount of services that you can do there. It is always a pleasure to go to La Vie En bronze in both locations, I would never ever change this place.

I have been coming to La Vie En Bronze, for more than 3 years now. I use most of the services at the spa. I am always greeted with a smile. Everything is explained to me in great detail. The place is super clean, and friendly. I have always left more than satisfied. It's so nice to have everything in one place. It's too bad that one unhappy customer or two, need to put fake reviews so that they feel better about themselves. Since I have started coming to the spa, I feel like a brand new person, and have had so many people comment on how good I look. Thank you Magalie, and Brigitte, my face, hair and nails never looked better. Thank you Nancy for the personal touch that I can only find at your place.

LVB has a clean, warm and relaxing decor. I’m personally a regular customer of the spa, the great staff welcomes and fills our needs, with affordable prices as well. Nancy is this amazing hard working owner, very sweet and helpful person to know.

Don't buy any packages here, IT IS A SCAM. No one verbally tells you that all of the minutes you bought, will expire after only 1 year, to get them back, you have to pay more. The owner makes it seem as though you are informed by saying "look on the website, its written in small on the counter"... There are no realistic packages for people who don't go often. I use spray tanning for special occasions, so I bought a package deal thinking it would save me money and last me a while. I did not know the package deal expires after only 12 months, as this is the first time I see a salon doing this. No one lets you know during your visits that your sessions will soon expire and you will loose what you paid for. This is what happen to me. I went for a session and my yearly package had expire 2 weeks prior. The owner wanted me to buy another yearly package 150$, but I told her it was too much for the few times I go there and the same thing would probably happen again. She rudely told me that rules are rules and that I could save 10$ if I bought another yearly package, if not it's full price every time. I understand I wasn't allowed to get back what I lost, but I was very disappointed that a compromise couldn't of been made either a smaller package deal, or at least on a 2 year base, anything. This wasn't possible. The owner was impatient and very rude with me. It just gave me the impression her profit is more important than the costumer. Overall poor service, very disappointing. Limited package deals not suitable for everyone in the end it ended up costing me more.
