It was super easy to find since it’s located right next to Hannam Mart. I came all the way from Richmond to Burnaby just to visit this place.And honestly, it was so worth the trip! Not only were the portions generous, but the food was also beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.nnThe pork bones in the Gamjatang were meaty and tender, and there was just the right amount of , which I really enjoyed. As for the squid in the hot stone bowl, it seemed like they used fresh squid instead of frozen—it was so soft and incredibly fresh. The seasoning was perfect too!nnThe staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.I really hope you open another location in Richmond someday! I’m rooting for your continued success—please open a branch in Richmond soon!
Probably the best Korean food in Coquitlam area!nnThe food overall is tasty, the servers are nice and they decorate the restaurant nicely during Halloween.nThe atmosphere is not super appealing since it’s inside the complex where you can see other stores but I don’t mind that as long as food is great!nnMy favorite is Gamjatang and bibimbap here.nIt’s pretty popular place so you might want to come here early during weekend lunch time.
We ordered the stir fry spicy squid and pork belly with rice balls and beef rib soup. Both dishes are amazing!! This is probably one of the best korean meals that i have ever had. A little on the pricey side but the portion is huge!
The bibimbap was really good, with plenty of squid as you can see. The portion was quite large, and it was absolutely delicious. My friend ordered the kimchi soup with beef, but I was hoping to get it with chicken or seafood. Unfortunately, they didn’t offer those options, so I didn’t get to try the soup.
Tucked away inside a small Korean shopping mall, this is a hidden gem! The food is super tasty. We ordered a kimchi fried rice with cheese and grilled Mackarel set. Both are super yummy and arrived hot and fresh. Highly recommend if just happen to be in the Lougheed area.
