One Main on Amherst st Nashua NH. Negligent customer interaction and record keeping in regards to closing accounts. I was given a payoff quote from a One Main rep over the phone and I wrote a check for the agreed amount. Now they are coming after me for more money after they already cashed my check. They are now claiming that my payoff quote was higher than what the check was made for. One Main is claiming that I never contacted them about a payoff quote even though I have the phone record and my bank teller as a witness. 36% interest rate! Webpage user interface is inaccurate with minimal information, missing things like "amount due to close account" etc...

Overcharged rates at 30+% and poor service. Never took the loan. Went to Lending club and got 10%..... Service is horrible..... They schedule to accommodate them not the client.

BEWARE!!! Everything this company claims they stand for is a bunch of B.S. don't waste your time letting these idiots make a mark on your credit only to rob you with their bogus interest rates. This is not a bank in any shape or form. They don't follow procedure like a normal bank would when determining factors in regards to a loan. Please don't make the mistake of giving this place your hard earned money. The biggest scam is all the advertising and once you call they have a hidden agenda that slowly shows itself.
