Oneida Electrical Contractors

This company does not know it's own employees. I called one day for a quote and the guy John, said he would phone me back. I waited a day or so then phoned back to follow up, I asked for John, that I had spoken with him a day before. She said no way you spoke with John yesterday because he was not in and she was sure I had never spoken with anyone there by that name. She was offended because I knew who I spoke to and how else would I know there was a John at that company. Typical New Yorkers rude rude rude!!! I was flabbergasted that she would be offended and have an attitude. My suggestion go to Florida, thaw out! So not necessary when she could have easily directed me to someone else and not wasted my time. Customer service... I love the reviews process when a company does unnecessary mess, I can write and make the next consumer beware!!!!!
