Justin, the technician and Jeffrey, the manager came over to fix my humidifier that has been out of service for over a year. The original company that installed it could not find parts and they eventually went out of business. 

Both were intent on getting it working. All the parts were checked and they had it working with a temporary fix. We are waiting for replacement parts that have been ordered to come in and complete the fix.

I was very happy with their work and making sure that all will be good. I am having them take care of all the maintenance for my furnace and water heater now. 

I highly recommend  them. Good work guys!

I have to add more...

The replacement parts came in and Jeffrey called right away wanting to fix the humidifier. Curtis came over the next day, replaced the parts and made sure it was working well. replacing it would cost over $1400 and this fix was just a fraction of replacement.

I'm happy they are taking care of all my equipment.

Its one year later and I had a couple of things that needed fixing. I happened to be close to their business so I popped in to get an appointment. Jeffrey came out to greet me and made sure Curtis would come out to take care of me. My on demand water heater wasn't working properly and my steam shower was leaking. Curtis came by and took care of it all. He remembered what I have installed in my home and was as pleasant as ever. I really like the way he explains how my equipment works and how I can check on a few things to keep it all running better and save myself some money.

Excellent service.

What a disaster I had! A silent invisible leak from a broken pipe hiding behind a tub shower. It took me a month, foundation repair and an insurance denial before I called One Hour Plumbing at the end of my rope - I couldn't find the leak. I called, I went to work and turned right back around home as they were on the way - right?!? I've had fantastic service, excellent, courteous & respectful technicians. A couple visits were required but they got it done on my schedule. A huge job for me but they just did it. I want to sincerely thank Ryan who recommended I get back to insurance as this broken pipe should be covered and that came through! Honest quote and invoice - I added a new humidifier to my furnace as well. RECOMMEND! Sincere thank you to Ryan, Darren, Chris & Dwayne!

Chris was very friendly and helpful. Did not push extra sales or cost and was very upfront and honest on what work was needed. Would recommend work by this company.

Needed a plumber again this last week. Called 1 hour plumbing as they are the only plumber we will call. Excellent service once again.

We have had Brad R from One Hour Plumbing come to our home a few times now and his service has been absolutely excellent. Brad R is a very nice guy and is super helpful and he is very knowledgeable and great at what he does. One Hour plumbing is the One and only plumbing service we will use. Highly recommend.

Absolutely stellar service!  Chris was courteous, professional and very patient. My kids were monkeys all over the house... He understood and continued his explanation and service amongst the interruptions.  His overview of my options and the service program and the quotes were fantastic. I have never felt so comfortable with a technician. Highly recommended!!!!!
