This morning I had Chris come over and hook up a new washing machine that best buy told me I didn't a certain attachment for. I also had him unhook an ancient laundry sink. An hour before he came, access send me a text with Chris's picture and a short bio about him. As a single female I really appreciated this. Chris was so professional and nice. He even offered to take my old sink anywhere for me. He took it outside. He even had to remove my door to my laundry room but he put it back on for me. The level of service was so amazing. I was truly impressed!

We had a leak later in the evening in our basement. After calling around, we noticed that the after hours fee was about the same as other local companies, give or take $10. Our technician was Darren Beaudin, and he came before the time I was given. Darren did a great job, explained all of our options, their pros and cons and gave us a price for all of them. He was very professional and friendly, very respectful of the house. Great service overall, and I think he really went above and beyond! I would recommend this company, and Darren in particular!

Highly Recommend! Staff are honest, friendly, respectful, personable and most of all, knowledgeable. We had a serious blockage deep down the kitchen pipes occur after the supper hour. So I called the after-hours line and spoke with a gentleman named Cliff. We had a good chuckle about how the blockage happened (FYI, raw broccoli is best kept out of the garbarators) he gave me some pointers and then he suggested calling the office in the morning. I appreciated the honesty and the fact that I wasn't going to have to pay the 'after hours' rate. :) I called the office mid-morning the next day and within 30 minutes, had a call back letting me know that William would be at my home within the hour. When he arrived, he was absolutely wonderful and he was great with my two children. William and my husband had quite the talk about "what was she thinking putting broccoli down there??" (Amongst other topics.) The kids were welcome to sit and watch him work (from a safe distance of course). In the end, he worked almost 1.5hrs on that darn blockage and ended up replacing a small section of pipe. We will definitely be contacting Access Plumbing in the future if we ever need help again.
