First time at On The Reel. Received a large pc. of haddock, perfectly cooked with not an excess of batter. Thus far the best Cesar salad! The mushroom caps were excellent.
I would rarely recommend a restaurant that doesn't live up to my likes....I LOVE On The Reel...ALWAYS GREAT, I RECOMMEND

Staff super friendly but definitely not the best fish and chips around.
We are so glad we tried On The Reel last night!!! Best fish and chips we have had in a LONG time!!!!! The portions were huge, batter was light and perfectly crispy, fish was delicious and the coleslaw was amazing. Service was wonderful and quick! We can't wait to order again!
The 2 and 1 Halibut was lovely and more than we could finish... it wasn’t overly battered which was ideal. Service was prompt and friendly.
Very polite and friendly. Great customer service. Honestly the BEST fish and chips I’ve had in a realllly long time! Seriously hands down best in town.
The fish and chips here are A+! What makes this place so special is not just how good the food is, but the people who work here. They are the nicest, most appreciative people who truly care about their customers.
