Have been coming here for years for the tennis tournament. Love it here. Mark is the man!
Great gym. Very clean, very nice locker room with showers. Extremely friendly staff. Open 24 hrs a day.
I went to this gym yesterday and got a membership for 3 months. Right after started working out, one of the trainers warned me that I cannot wear a sports bra at the gym because there are kids around being told that its the owners decision . The bra I was wearing looked like in the pic. Cancelled my membership immediately and not planning to go back!!!
This is a first-class facility offering year-round indoor and outdoor racquet sports for a much more reasonable price than athletic clubs in bigger cities. They also have a nice gym and offer different classes. The staff is very warm and welcoming.
When I joined I was off work on a medical leave due to health issues. Since I started going I can definitely notice when I didn't go for even a day. The people are very nice and courteous. I look forward to continuing to my workouts & hope to one day also try their spa services. I would totally recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a gym.
North Cascades Athletic Club is a full fitness gym and athletic club. They offer several fitness classes as well as athletic sports classes and they cater to all age groups from youth to seniors. They have a sports shop, locker rooms, a fitness bar, day care, a hair salon and massage. The owners and staff maintain a hugh level of professionalism at all times and the owners are the nicest folks you would ever want to meer. Everyone at this facility staff and members alike are always up beat and smiling, courteous, nurturing and encouraging to each other. It's a really nice environment for me to work out in and I have no desire to go elsewhere.
I really enjoy my Crossfit classes with Mason. They are very comfortable and challenging. He is a great instructor giving you the confidence you need to get through a tough workout, along with correct form. I highly suggest classes with Mason at NCAC.
Crossfit classes with Mason are highly regulated. He makes sure you get the movements correct so you stay safe but still works you until you have given all you’ve got. The barre with Megan is the bomb. You’ll never out work Megan and the class is as tough as you want to make it. The facility and team at NCAC is top notch!
Pickleball. Great club and the manager/owner is super friendly and helpful. My wife and I are traveling in our RV and trying to find places that have pickleball. This place popped up on a web search. Went there and did a tour. Went back later that evening and played pickleball with several folks at a variety of levels. It was a great experience. My only slightly negative issue was the cost. It cost my wife and I $30 $15 to play for a little over an hour. That seems like quite a bit seeing we brought our own equipment and didn't need any lessons. We just wanted to play. On public courts, it's free. I know there's a cost to running a business, but charging this much definitely discourages 1-time drop-ins.
